Biography
Dr. Eng. Ivan Katsarov
Executive Director of the Bulgarian Forum on Transport Infrastructure, as well as of the National Committee of Bulgaria to the World Road Association (PIARC).
He has a PhD degree in “Road design and road facilities” and also experience in the design of large infrastructure projects.
